工作职责：

与销售、研发、生产、采购和质量各部门沟通合作来对指定的产品进行产品管理；
管理指定产品线的产品周期，包括确定市场需求、提出项目建议、新产品上线以及根据需要来监控产品线销售进行产品淘汰
Communicate and cooperate with Sales, R&D, Production, Purchasing and QA teams to conduct product management activities and manage the whole product life cycle for the assigned product line, including determining market needs, developing project proposals, launching new products and monitoring product line sales to also phase out products when needed.

Follow the Lincoln product develop procedure to manage the ongoing product development / improvement projects and take charge of project stage-gate review meetings

创作和管理营销资料，包括产品目录、产品单页、销售工具和推广文案。
Create & manage the marketing collateral files including product catalogues, literature, sales tools and promotion documents
作为工厂和客户之间的技术桥梁，提供必要的销售支持，如产品培训、推广说明和关键客户的访问接待来紧跟市场需求
Work as technical interface between customer and plants with necessary sales support activities, including product training, promotion presentations and key customer visits to stay close to market demands
控制并更新产品特性，包括产品包装、产品货号、产品认证等其他内容。
Control and Upgrade Product characteristics including packaging, part numbers, agency approvals, etc.

任职要求：

学士学位或同等学历以上
Bachelor Degree or Relevant Work Experience
至少2年在焊接行业的经验
Minimum 2 years’ Experience of welding industry
有项目管理经验及技巧，良好的组织能力和客户沟通能力
Project management experience and skills and very good organizing skills, able to run projects and work with customers
卓越的沟通技巧，能与组织内部的各方相互合作
Excellent communication skills, ability to work with different levels in organizations
积极的工作态度和团队配合度
Positive working attitude and Comfortable to work in a team
善于倾听客户需求并制定相应计划
Good listening and learning skills to hear the customer and develop plans
Office软件运用熟练，包括PPT\WORD\EXCEL
Good MS office usage skills including Power Point, Word and Excel
英文听说读写能力佳
Both written and spoken Chinese and English competency
