Key Responsibilities
· Following the related Authority departments such as Fire Bureau, Power Bureau, Drainage Department and Environmental Bureau to finish all the processed to get certificates.
· Coordinate with Design parts for M&E issues.
· Following the technical specification about the project.
· Engineer the M&E sub-contractors, coordinate with them about the design, installation and the following maintenance procedure. Arrange the work for them and check the progress of installation by them.
· Check the progress of M&E works and the quality of the installation of the systems.
· Involve with the Construction cost analysis and the related M&E cost.
· Provide some technical support to the leasing and operation team.
· Follow the final handover from GC to the Property management team.
· Control and report site construction progress and manpower change
· Monitoring of all permit process.

Requirement
? Minimum 5 years working experience in building electrical and mechanical services design, monitoring and coordination for the services installation on site, project management and contract administration as well as possess a recognized degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Membership of a Professional Association is also preferable.
