1. POSITION SUMMARY



He/she will work with international team to conduct new product introduction, part qualification and supplier audit. Working with suppliers to improve the design of small inverter welding machine based on the product definition. He/she will also provide technical support to other departments inside the company.

配合进行新产品引入，元器件和供货商审核。基于产品定义，和供应商一起优化设计。还将对公司内部其它部门提供技术支持。

1:Responsible for small inverter machine introduction

2: Set up, verify and extend the electrical **** capability,

建立并拓展电气测试能力

3: Part qualification and supplier audit,

元器件、部件和供货商审核

4: Support production and Product managing team..

支持生产和产品经理

6: Report to department manager to meet project time lines.

向部门经理汇报，确保项目按时完成

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


1At least 2 years work experience. College degree or above in Electric Motor, Power Electronics, Industrial Automation or related major,
两年以上工作经历，大专以上学历，专业为电机控制，电力电子，工业自动化或者相关专业。
2Welding related work experience preferred, or willing to receive training in welding industry,
最好具有和焊接相关的工作经验，或者有意向接受相关培训
3Teamwork, good communication and cooperation skills to achieve the project target,
具有团队协作精神，良好的沟通和人际关系技巧。
4Self-motivated, leadership ability required,
积极主动，具有一定的领导力
