Job Description:
Maintain and report on cost budgets, forecast final costs
Control cost based on procedure;
Establish and collection the necessary information to adequately monitor, controls, and trend the cost of a project;
Monitor and track the actual quantity of construction
Perform the necessary cost evaluation, projection, and analysis required for proper cost control and reporting;
Submit and expedite approvals from project manager or client;
Update and report the status of cost to date, estimated cost to complete, comparison to target estimates, cash and expenditure forecasts, contingency and escalation evaluations, and reports of major changes
Coordinate cost information with relevant other project team member and department.
Job Requirement:
5+ years experience in engineering company
Familiar with the domestic/oversea related standard and specifications
Familiar with software: word, excel, etc.
Can communicate in English
Ability to work independently
Excellent team-work spirit
