职位描述Job description:
1、完成销售业绩目标;
Ensure sales targets are met
2、控制销售成本支出;
Ensure spending does not exceed budget
3、为公司客户和经销商提供焊接销售支持和技术咨询,协助区域经理进行存货预测;
Provide sales support and welding technical advice to company’s existing and future customers and distributors,Assist area manager with stock forecast
4、根据行业和市场制定销售计划,每月预测销售情况;
Development sales plans to ensure all market sectors are targeted ,Forecast sales value on a monthly basis
5、收集市场信息并做恰当的渠道沟通;
Gather market intelligence and ensure it is communicated to the correct channel
6、协助应收账款;
Assist accounts department on timely debt collections
7、按时提交销售及市场分析报告;
Ensure sales marketing reports are submitted in time
8、培养销售员焊接专业技能,提高销售员售后服务能力。
Train salesman in welding knowledge to promotion sales ability
任职资格Requirement:
1、3年以上焊材和焊接设备销售经验;
More than 3 years working experience as welding consumable and equipment sales
2、2年以上带团队及管理经验;
Prefer to have 2+ years sales management experience
3、较强的销售和业务开发能力;
Strong sales and business developing skill
4、较强的沟通和表达能力;
Strong communication and presentation skill
5、自我激励,能在压力下工作;
Self-motivated to work hard and can work under pressure
6、具有独立工作能力,能与客户进行有效协商并简历良好关系;
Independent business breakthrough capacity, have the negotiation skill and keep good relationship with customer
7、能够适应长期国内范围出差工作;市场敏感度高,拥有锲而不舍的工作精神。
