QA Inspector of Nepean Longwall (Mining equipment)

Temporary Working place as project required: Beijing or Hefei 北京 或 合肥
Company Asian base: Guangdong Zhongshan 广东中山

Duties
-- Ensure work is performed by all parties in safe manner

-- Ensure the work performed is done in accordance with the nominated standards

-- Ensure completed products comply with all nominated standards

-- Perform Dimensional Check of Components during the manufacturing process

-- Perform visual Welding inspections on welded products whilst in progress & on completed jobs.

-- Monitor welding machine setup and the welding techniques (Including inter-pass temperatures) of welders on work in progress to ensure the quality of the work.

-- Record the results of all ****s and welding inspections.

-- Ensure goods are packed for shipping in an acceptable manner

Qualifications

-- A junior college education

-- Be a certified Welding inspector (IWI B, IWI S, IWI C, AWS CWI, CSWIP Level 1 or 2, CCWI, CSWI, or CWI)





Attributes

-- Knowledge of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System

-- Good interpersonal communication skills

-- Safety Conscious

-- Willing to Travel for long term to factory as required to fulfill project objectives.

-- With Experience of mining project and foreign project prefered

-- With project management experience preferred
