职位要求
1) Learning and apply 80/20 -- ITW management tools;
2) Follow up ITW business operation policies and recommend on the business procedure and management improvement;
3) Developing business growth strategy
4) Own the targets of sales revenue and variable segment achievement;
5) Be responsible for the new projects and business development, and personally in charge of key accounts and periodically submit business reports on project and customer basis, business development and competitors’ moves;
6) Work out annual sales budget plan, long-term sales planning and projections on both customers and products basis;
7) Submit Pressure-Vessel/Offshore/Bridge/Wind Tower/Pipe Mill/Steel Mill Engineering Segmentations’ outlook of both sales and account receivables on monthly basis, analysis on-going sales and payment development to ensure the target to be achieved;
8) Coordinate with production, customer services and R
9) Build up and develop the professional sales and service team in Power Engineering field;
Qualification:
1) Bachelor or Master degree in welding, materials engineering, metallurgy or mechanical fields and MBA is preferable;
2) Minimum 3 years of work experience in China, including solid experience in field technical supportsles management, as well as the experience in marketing and customer service management in related industry;
3) Demonstrated strong ability to develop and implement business plans, build and manage a diverse and effective organization;
4) Ability to utilize interpersonal skills and passion to inspire and motivate staffs to work towards team and organizational goals and the exceptional ability to present and persuade staffs as a strong team builder;
5) Flexible and ability to work within tight deadlines and pressure;
6) Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
