Directly report to Segment Manager



JD for this position:
1) Set new product planning and improving suggestion;
2) Set new product promotion program and continue to push implementation;
3) Work out welding technology scheme and products comprehensive solution;
4) Solving key technology problems and give technology support for customer scene;
5) Initiate technology training to salesman, technician and customer;
6) Distribute, supervise and guide subordinates working. Follow other relative issue arranged.
7) Coordinate with production, customer services and R



Qualification:
1) Bachelor or Master degree in welding, metallurgy fields;
2) Minimum 3+ years of work experience in Pressure-Vessel/Offshore/Bridge and related industry;
3) Have a full and correct understanding of soldering defects causes and prevention With the capacity of insight into welding technology, material and equipment. And be able to cope with the complex technology problems;
4) Pleasant personality with mature attitude, high quality of spirit and affinity;
5) Have strong adjustment and analysis problems capability. Interpersonal communication, good coordination, plan/implement model quality need with as well;
6) Be in style of high working passion, courage and resourcefulness, strong enterprising, good team cooperation, acute observing and versatility, enough sensitively personality quality;
7) Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese;
