- Perform supplier audits which will also include follow-up activities to ensure corrrective actions and continuous improvement plans are implemented and effective

- Responsible for the developing and locating the qualified supply in China of capital equipment & components for intrenal sue, other assigned materials, and services upon Lincoln oversea inquiry

- Interface closely with manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Marketing and Finance to identify parts that are candidates for best sourcing

- In conjunction with commodity strategies, identify, evaluate and develop qualified suppliers

- Achieve the performance objectives of Business Plans

- Ensure that quality, delivery, and total cost objectives are met

- Support Lincoln oversea project teams related to parts out of China

- Supervise the supply’s delivery & replenishment plan to meet the production demand

- Perform quality audit upon ISO9000

- Solve the quality & delivery issues with supply on-site if occurred & required

- Report key measurements and take corrective actions when necessary

任职要求：

- Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing/Engineering or engineering or SQE background

- >5 years working experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

- good knowledge of western communication style & office software

- Experience in dealing with suppliers & Excellent negotiation skills (understand cost drivers)

- proficiency at English ( both written and speaking)

- proven knowledge of supply developing & project handling & problem solving & logistic chain

- Good knowledge of ISO9000 and reliable sense of quality control

- Must have good judgment and be self-motivated

- Must be able to interface effectively with internal stakeholders, outside fabricators, and consultants

- good team work capability and negotiation skill

- long commitment with reliable loyalty or integrity preferred

- Must maintain and represent Lincoln Electric with uncompromised Business Ethics
