Business Development Manager
Responsible for identifying and obtaining new business for the company the development of long-term customer relationships, maintenance of alliances and partnerships and early involvement in a prospective project's selling cycle.
Responsibility
- Develop customer accounts, maintain key contacts & relationships, and manage other critical sales activities.
- Effectively screen potential customers and opportunities and develop an appropriate sales strategy in order to make a successful sale.
- Understand customer needs and assists in the development of project solutions that satisfy those requirements and provide opportunities for the company.
- According to proposal work flow of the company, organize proposal in a professional and timely fashion.
- Provide important customer information regarding issues during project execution and assist in coordination between client and our company.
- Assist with the development and execution of corporate strategic sales and marketing plans.
Requirement:
5+ years working experience as sales, marketing or business develop, B.A degree or above
Fluent in both oral and written English, excellent communication skill
Good team player, with excellent presentation skill
Experience with chemical industry will be a plus, MBA preferred
