Job Description:
Able to develop Construction schedule, manning plan, construction strategy
Able to perform constructability study
Participate in the project bidding, evaluate the quotation document of the subcontractor's, determine the preliminary price
Experience in control construction site and sub-contractors
Control the construction subcontract price, actually construction cost, the site funds, the change visa, etc, assist the project manage to complete the project cost goal
Direction to subcontractors for ensuring construction work to be performed in proper manner
Supervision of construction QA/QC and commissioning activities
Construction activity scheduling and tracking
Preparation of construction progress reporting

Job Requirement:
8+ years experience in Construction
Familiar with the domestic/oversea related standard and specifications
Proficient in applicable software, e.g. word, excel, etc.
Fluent in English
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Excellent team-work spirit
