Position Summary
Support Product Manager in all phases of inverter and accessories new product development, project management, and sales launch / deployment.
Responsibilities
* Work with all related departments to make delivery smooth and on time.
* Provide timely responses to customer communications.
* Work closer with customers tracking launch products performance, and get potential marketing/sales information for new projects.
* Support R&D and work closer with suppliers to keep new projects running in timeline.
* Work with purchasing on new supplier sourcing
* Sales tools, marketing material create.
* Assit in improving sales revenue & profitability
Key Accountabilities
* Timely communications with customers – response with 24 hours
* Sales intake for arcweld inverter welders & Accessories – Friday every week
* Supplier visit/audit - timely
Knowledge & Skills
Formal qualifications:
* Degree from accredited college or university, preferably in engineering, mechanical or oversea trading.
* 3 years at least working experience in Marketing or product management
* Familiar with welding products (preferable but not necessary)
* Good verbal and written communications skills both in English and Chinese
* Communication / interpersonal: Good communication skills.
